Project Provide Grant Manager
Cynthia Lê (she/hers) currently serves as a Grant Manager for Boston Public Schools’ Behavioral Health Services, where she leads a federally funded initiative supporting over 140 school-based mental health practitioners. Her work focuses on advancing culturally responsive and linguistically diverse mental health services in schools through professional development, mentorship, and strategic partnerships with community organizations. She recently directed a 300+ attendee citywide conference and helped secure over $100,000 in funding to support multilingual family engagement and culturally relevant staff training.
Cynthia’s professional experiences span education policy, DEI strategy, higher education, arts administration, and early childhood environmental justice. She has held roles at Harvard University’s Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging, and has presented nationally on workforce development and mental health equity.
She holds a Master’s in Education Policy and Analysis from the Harvard Graduate School of Education, with a concentration in Identity, Power, and Justice in Education, where she was nominated for the Harvard Graduate Student Employee of the Year Award. She also earned a Bachelor of Music Education from Western University, and remains passionate about the intersection of music, education, and wellness.
